The University of Mary Marauders Hall of Fame
Jamey Mulske, who graduated in 1998 with a degree in social and behavioral sciences, is the kind of athlete that coaches dream about. The Ashley, ND native came into her own as a track and field competitor for the University of Mary. During her four-year career, she captured 27 conference titles, 21 All-American certificates, eight national championships, and a host of awards including three national outstanding performer awards at NAIA National Championship Meets.
Mulske will receive another award for her victories as a Marauder when she is inducted into the NAIA Hall of Fame at the national outdoor track and field meet next spring. Being the first U-Mary athlete to receive the honor is one that Head Track and Field Coach Mike Thorson feels is well deserved. “Jamey is the bar by which all other athletes in our program are measured,” he said.
