The mission of the University of Mary strength & conditioning department is to foster a positive, safe, and challenging training environment that allows coaches and athletes to work together towards developing an athlete's full physical and mental potential. We will not accept you as who you are. Instead, we will show you what you can become and help you achieve it.

The focal points of our training programs will be: strength training, speed and change of direction development, energy system development, mobility, stability, flexibility, recovery methods, and proper nutritional guidance.

The Marauder Strength and Conditioning program will utilize athlete specific training methods in a year-round training cycle. This will facilitate the individual as well as a teams' ability to be competitive in conference, regional and national competitions.
