2020-21 (Junior)
Courtney placed 6^th in the 800m and 5^th in the DMR at the NSIC Indoor Championships. At the NSIC Outdoor Championships, Courtney placed 6^th in the 800m and helped her team win the outdoor championship title. Her season best in the 800m was a 2:14.25.

2019-20 (Sophomore)
In the 2019-2020 indoor season, Courtney placed 3^rd in the 800m and 4x400m at the NSIC Indoor Championships. Her 800m time at the indoor conference secured her a spot to compete at the NCAA Indoor Championships. Courtney was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
 
2018-19 (Freshman)
During the 2018-2019 freshman season, Courtney won the NSIC Indoor Championships 600m title with a time of 1:36.05. She was also a part of the 4x400m team that captured another gold medal, as well as the DMR relay which finished in second. At the NSIC Outdoor Championships, Courtney competed in the 400m hurdles and got 6th place with a time of 63.34. Her updated personal records going into the 2019-2020 sophomore season are 1:35.96 (600m), 2:12.27 (800m) and 63.26 (400m hurdles).

PRIOR TO UMARY
Graduate of the St. Joseph High School in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, with Principal’s Honour distinction.  Athletic awards include being a Provincial Champion in the 800m, 2nd in the 400m and 3-time Provincial Champion in the 4x400m.  Achieved the 2018 National Champion medal in the 4x400m.  Also received the Track Athlete of the Year award three years in a row and received the Student Athlete of the Year recognition award her senior year.  Has also competed in cross country and volleyball.  Daughter of Dawn and Gord Dembrowski.  Majoring in Criminal Justice.
