2020-21 (Freshman)
As a freshman, Folk competed in the mile at various meets during indoor track and did not compete outdoor due to a hip injury.

Folk was a varsity athlete for five years on the cross country and track team and competed at state for five years in cross country. She was a part of five student organizations, including National Honors Society.

Graduate of Minot High School in Minot, North Dakota, Elizabeth Folk is the daughter of Patty and Joseph Folk. She is currently majoring in Biology.
