Graduate from Frazee High School in Frazee, Minnesota. Paige Ziegler is the daughter of Jason and Sheila Ziegler. She was a three sports athlete in high school and participated in many other clubs (basketball, volleyball, track, AAU basketball, student council, interact club, FSADMM, knowledge bowl and prom committee). Paige will be majoring in exercise science in the fall in the hopes to continue on to become a physical therapist.
 
During her high school career Paige has made multiple state appearances at the Minnesota Girls Class A State Track and Field meet in the 100M hurdles, 4x200M relay, 4x100M relay, and triple jump. Paige’s first state appearance was in 8th grade since then she has placed top 9 in the Minnesota Girls Class A State Track and Field Meet 5 times (2016- 6th in the 4x100M relay, 2018- 7th in the 100M hurdles, 7th in the 4x100M relay, and 6th in the 4x200M relay, 2019- 3rd in the 100M hurdles). She has also defended her 1st place title at sections in the 100M hurdles for three consecutive years. She holds three school records for her high school (100M hurdles- 15.24, 4x100M- 50.56, 4x200M- 1:46.33). She is also a part of the 4x100M relay team that holds the section 8A record with a time of 50.86.
