Henderson had a successful indoor season, competing in all but one meet and running several provisional qualifying times. She ran a PR of 7.67 in the 60 at the Bison Open and her best time of the season in the 200 was 25.1. Henderson finished out her freshman year placing 8th in NSIC 200 and competed in the 60 as well.

Bonét Henderson is a short sprinter from Renton,  WA. She was a 4 year letter recipient and was awarded the Female Track Athlete of the Year two years in a row. Bonét competed at the Washington State 4A meet two years in a row, placing 5th in the 100 and 200 her senior year. She set school records her junior year in the 100 and 400 and holds the senior record in the 100, 200 and 4x100 relay. Bonét plans to major in nursing, hoping to use her degree to work with children in the medical field. She is supported by her parents, Rachel and Bill Zakopyko and Derek and Vanessa Henderson
