2019-20
Cross Country (Senior):
Narbuvoll had a strong senior cross county season by winning all races she competed at leading up to the national championship. Some highlights of the season included setting a new division II course record at the Roy Griak Invitational, winning the Conference and Regional Championships, being awarded the central region athlete of the year, receiving two national athlete of the week recognitions, and taking 4
th place at the National Championship.

Indoor (Senior):
The indoor season started well for Narbuvoll, as she set a new PR and school record in the 5000m clocking a time of 16:14, which was the fastest time ran in the nation during the 2019-20 indoor season. Narbuvoll anchored the DMR that qualified for Nationals as the number 1 ranked team. She also competed in the mile in 4:47, which put her 5
th on the national ranking. At the Conference Championship, she won 3 individual titles by winning the mile, the 3000m, and the 5,000m. Her 3,000m time of 9:31 was a new championship record and placed her second on the national ranking. By scoring 30 points at the Conference meet, she was the high point performer at the meet. She received a national track athlete of the week recognition for the performance. She was also the Conference and Regional track athlete of the year. Narbuvoll qualified in 4 events for the National Indoor Championships and before the meet was cancelled, she was set to race 2 of them: the 3,000m and the 5,000. In both races she was ranked 2
nd. Narbuvoll was nominated for the National track athlete of the year award after the conclusion of the season. Narbuvoll additionally received the University of Mary athlete of the year award.

2018-19
Cross Country (Junior):
Narbuvoll made her comeback in cross country two years after her last season of running. She placed 2
nd at the Conference meet and 4
th at the Regional meet. At Nationals, she was All-American placing 12
th.

Indoor (Junior):
During Indoor Season, Narbuvoll placed 2
nd in both the 5,000m and the 3,000m at the Conference meet and qualified for Nationals in the same events, where she placed 9
th and 18
th respectively.

Outdoor (Junior):
During Outdoor Season, Narbuvoll placed 1
st in both the 5,000m and the 10,000m at the Conference meet. She qualified for Nationals in both events and placed 16
th and 10
th respectively.

2017-18
Narbuvoll did not compete due to injury.

2016-17
Cross Country (Sophomore):
During cross country season Narbuvoll placed 3
rd at the Conference meet and 4
th at the Regional meet. At the National meet she was an All-American with a 12
th place finish. Due to a season-ending injury and surgery, Narbuvoll redshirted the 2017 indoor and outdoor season.

PRIOR TO UMARY
Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor (Freshman):
Narbuvoll ran for Edinboro University of Pennsylvania her freshman year of college. During the cross country season, she won the Conference and the Regional Championships and qualified for Nationals, where she earned All-American finishing 37
th. During indoor season she won the 3,000m and the 5,000m at the Conference Championships. She qualified for the Indoor National meet in the 5,000m and finished 9
th. She won the 5,000m at the Outdoor Conference meet and qualified for Nationals in the 10,000m.
High School:
Prior to college, she attended Røros VGS (high school) in Norway where she ran for the club Ren-Eng. She has won the National Junior Championship in cross country, placed 8
th at the Nordic Cross Country Championship and qualified for the European Cross Country Championship. She also represented Norway in the Nordic Team Championship in Track and Field running the 3,000m. In the Norwegian track and field championship she has a 4
th place finish in the 5,000m and a 6
th place in the 10,000m as her best accomplishments. She has also won the 3,000m at the National Youth Championships and placing 4
th in the 3,000m at the National Junior Championships. Narbuvoll holds the National Junior record in the half marathon with a time of 1:18.02.
Narbuvoll, from Narbuvoll (Norway), is the youngest daughter of Hege Narbuvoll and Dag Meli. She is currently a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in Project Management. Narbuvoll completed a dual degree in Engineering Science and Civil Engineering from the University of Mary and the University of North Dakota in the spring of 2020.
