2019-2020
Outdoor track (Freshman)
Ogle did not compete in the outdoor season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Indoor Track (Freshman)
Ogle was part of the University of Mary’s conference winning team with her effort in the DMR which placed 2nd.
 
Cross Country (Freshman)
Kayla’s first year a s a Marauder started out with a 5th place finish at the Dragon Twilight. In the championship segment of the season Ogle was 2nd in the NSIC conference championships helping her team to their 4th straight NSIC XC Title. Ogle also earned Newcomer of the Year in the NSIC. At the region meet Ogle was again runner-up and also helped her team to a runner-up finish. At the NCAA Championships in Sacramento, California Ogle earned her first All-American Accolade placing 34th. 
 
PRIOR TO UMARY
Kayla is one of four siblings of Jason and Brande Ogle. She moved from Washington state to North Dakota in the 7th grade finding out her love for running.
In 8th grade(2015) In track she finished at state getting 8th in the mile, 8th in the 800, and 3rd in the 4x8
 
Freshmen year (2016) for XC she was a region runner-up and took 5th at state, she was nominated most valuable runner.
 In track she finished at state getting 5th in the mile, 4th in the two mile, and finished as a state champion with her team in the 4x8. Kayla was also given the wolf award for her school
 
Sophomore year (2017) for XC she was a region champion and took second at state, was nominated most valuable runner, and helped her team take second overall.
In track she finished at state getting 7th in the mile and 2nd in the two mile. Kayla was given the most outstanding runner award.
 
Junior year (2018) for XC she was a region champion and took 2nd at state. Nominated most valuable runner this year and became team captain.
In track she took 3rd in the 4x4 and 2nd in the 4x8 with her two younger sisters. Also placed 5th in 1600m run. Awarded with most outstanding runner
 
Senior year (2019) Kayla’s senior year their school made a transition from class b to class a. In XC she was a region runner-up and also a state runner up. She was nominated for Powerade senior athlete of the year. Also awarded with most valuable runner.
In track she finished of 2nd in the 4x4 and 7th in the 4x8 with her sisters. She also placed 3rd in the mile and was a 400 meter state champion. Nominated for senior athlete of the year. Awarded with most valuable runner.
 
Kayla is pursuing a degree in exercise science or sports medicine and is excited to be running at Mary:)
