This week's NDPF Female Athlete of the Week is Kiran Green. The highlight of Green's week came Friday at the NDSU Tune-Up, the final track meet before the Marauders head to the NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul, MN later this week. Green finished 2nd in the 800-meter run on Friday with a career-best time of 2:14.63. Green had the biggest margin of improvement for the Marauders overall PRs on the week, shaving 0.74 seconds off of her previous best mark in the 800. She was also just 0.14 behind the event's winner Kate LeBlanc of NDSU. Green is a senior distance runner from Brighton, CO.
