Jay Cooper (sophomore, Rapid City, S.D.) blazed his way to a win in the 400 meter hurdles and placed second in the 100 meter hurdles at the Blue Hawk Games on Saturday. The junior‘s time of 54.33 seconds is the second best mark in the NSIC.
