Edwards has improved in leaps and bounds his senior year as he has led the University of Mary Men's Basketball team to their best start since the Marauders made the transition to NCAA Division II in 2006-07.
He has recorded double digit points in every game on the year so far for the Marauders, including his third 20-point game of the season in a 92-80 win over Bemidji State University with 23 on a blistering 6-for-7 mark from the floor and a perfect 8-for-9 from the line, paving the way for U-Mary's seventh straight win. Additionally, Edwards became the first Marauder in since making the transition to NCAA Division II to record a triple-double in U-Mary's 100-76 win over Presentation College. Edwards recorded 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists in the win.
Marquealis is currently second on the team with 14.8 ppg on 52.6% shooting from the floor, 84.1% from the line, second with 6.7 rpg, and leads the way with 3.6 apg.
