Brittney Dietz became the 15^th University of Mary women’s basketball player to score 1,000 points in her career, reaching quadruple digits against St. Cloud State on Friday. Entering the weekend needing just 13 points for the milestone, she posted 20 against the Huskies. The junior forward also had five steals, four assists and one block. A native of Beach, N.D., she concluded the two-game home set with 22 points in an 83-72 win over Minnesota Duluth. Dietz was 6-of-11 from the field, made 9-of-12 free throws, had four assists and four rebounds in 39 minutes.
