Murillo wraps up NCAA Championships with a 23rd place finish in the 1650

GENOVA, OH – Wrapping up an incredible collegiate career, University of Mary swimmer Victoria Murillo recorded a 23rd-place finish in the 1650 freestyle on the final day of the 2024 NCAA Division II Women's Swimming and Diving Championships.

The two-time All-American posted a time of 17:15.80. Her previous best time on the season was 17:19.69.

Murillo qualified for nationals five times in her illustrious career at UMary and competed in 14 events. Murillo is joined by Andrea Lee and Abby Zajdzinski as the only Marauders to earn two-time All-American honors. Murillo received first-team All-American status last year when she placed 8th in the 500 free.

UMary earned two team points due to Murillo's performance, which put the Marauders in 39th place.
