BISMARCK, ND – The 2020 Northern Sun Swimming & Diving Championships are about to make a huge splash in Bismarck, North Dakota! Hosted by the University of Mary, eight schools from one of the premier NCAA Division II conferences in the country are set to compete for the league title Feb. 12-15 at the BSC Aquatic & Fitness Center.

Over the course of four days, nearly 200 student-athletes will compete in 22 different events, including diving and relays. Each day features trials at 10 am and finals at 5:30 pm.

"The University of Mary and Marauders athletics is excited to bring the Northern Sun Swimming & Diving Championships to Bismarck," said Marauders Director of Athletics Dale Lennon. "There is tremendous interest in swimming & diving throughout our community and Bismarck boasts one of the best aquatic centers in the region. We look forward to a great week of competition as we bring some of the nation's best student-athletes to the Bismarck-Mandan area."

Schools competing for the NSIC championship include UMary, defending champion St. Cloud State University; Augustana University; Minnesota State University, Mankato; Minnesota State University Moorhead; Northern State University; Southwest Minnesota State University and the University of Sioux Falls.

Ticket prices are $45 for adults and $30 for seniors and students. Students. A single day ticket is $15 for adults and $10 for seniors and students. Admission for a single session is $8 for adults and $5 for seniors and students. Children ages five and under are free.
