Major Momentum Shift Leads Warriors Past Marauders

Luke Scott scored career-high 12 points for Marauders

Box Score WINONA, Minn. - A monumental momentum change turned an early advantage for the University of Mary men's basketball team to a runaway rout for Winona State University. Still looking for their first road win ever against the Warriors, the Marauders fell 94-68.

U-Mary has lost all 10 of its visits to McCown Gym.

Behind a 16-2 run that featured four 3-pointers from four different players, the Marauders (4-11 overall, 2-9 Northern Sun) jumped out to a 20-9 lead. The tide soon turned as the Warriors (8-7, 5-6) posted runs of 14 points and 13 points to enter intermission leading 42-29.

Treys by Luke Scott and Damonta Henry both pulled the Marauders within 11 points in the second half but U-Mary could never get within single digits.
