2024-25
Indoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the Mile (4th, 4:59.76) and was named All-NSIC. Also set a PR in the event. Set a PR in the 3000m at the CU Invitational (5th, 9:55.57).
Outdoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 1500m (3rd, 4:35.34) and the 5000m (2nd, 17:15.41) and was named All-NSIC. Set a PR in the 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (17:04.99).

2023-24
Indoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the Mile (5th, 5:00.12) and the 3000m (7th, 10:03.25). 
Outdoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 1500m (6th, 4:38.58), setting a PR. Also competed in the 5000m (6th, 17:36.34). 

2022-23
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 1500m (12th, 4:42.31) and the 5000m (21st, 18:08.03).

2021-22
Indoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 1000m (16th, 3:10.89). Set a PR in the 1000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic (3:05.24). 
Outdoor: Did not compete.

PRIOR TO UMARY

HIGH SCHOOL: She attended Albany Area High School in her hometown of Albany, MN. There she competed on the varsity track and XC teams for six years. In XC, Kalthoff qualified for state five times, earned all-state twice, earned all-conference six times, and was a two-time conference champ. Kalthoff made three state track appearances: in 2018 she took 8th in the 1600m and 9th in the 3200m, in 2019 she was a member of the 4x800m relay team which took third and broke the school record, and in 2021 she placed 7th in the 3200m and again placed third on the 4x800m relay team. She holds the conference record in the 3200m and the 4x800m relay and earned all-conference seven times.

Off the track/course, Kalthoff was a class valedictorian and earned the Triple A (academics, athletics, arts) and Student of Excellence awards.
 
Personal
Kristine Kalthoff is the daughter of Ron and Karina Kalthoff. Kalthoff is majoring in Civil Engineering.
