Indoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the Pentathlon (9th, 3153), setting a PR. Set PRs in the 60m (8.55) and 600m (1:47.03) at the UND Open. Set PRs in the 60m Hurdles (9.25) and High Jump (1.57m) at the Dakota Alumni Classic.
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the Heptathlon (7th, 4391), setting a PR. Also set PRs in the 800m (2:31.26) and Shot Put (9.62m) at the event. Set PRs in the Long Jump (5.53m) and Javelin Throw (29.47) at the UMary Last Chance Meet. Set PR in the 200m at the UMary Senior Day Open (27.35). Set PR in the 100m Hurdles at the Al Bortke Open (14.82). Set PR in the 400m Hurdles at the Marauders Outdoor Opener (1:08.83).

2023-24
Indoor -  Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 60m Hurdles (17th, 9.61) and the Pentathlon (13th, 3066).
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the Heptathlon (14th, 4100).

2022-23
Indoor - Competed at the Marauders Indoor Opener and Mike Thorson Open.
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the Heptathlon (18th, 3811).

PRIOR TO UMARY

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at the 2022 NDHSAA State Championships, placing 4th in the 100m Hurdles, 7th in the 300m Hurdles, and 4th in the Long Jump. Competed at the 2021 NDHSAA State Championships, placing 2nd in the 100m Hurdles, 5th in the 300m Hurdles, and 10th in the Long Jump.
