HIGH SCHOOL: All-Conference in Cross Country in 2024. Competed at MSHSL State Championships in relays in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Top-10 times in school history in the 400m (4th) and 800m (9th). Team captain. Also competed in tennis.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Tom and Tammy Ringhand. Majoring in Nursing. Brother Joseph competes for Marauders XCTF. Both parents competed in college track and field. Brother Tucker competed for Michigan Tech XCTF.
