Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 10000m (17th, 40:31.81). Set a PR in the 5000m at the Bison Open (19:28.09). Set a PR in the 10000m at the Al Bortke Open (40:03.46). Set a PR in the 1500m at the Marauders Outdoor Opener (5:23.54).

Indoor - Set a PR in the Mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic (5:53.39). Set a PR in the 3000m at the Bison Open (11:29.51).

PRIOR TO UMARY

HIGH SCHOOL: Placed 13th at the 2022 CHSAA State Cross Country Championships. Placed 14th in the 3200m at the 2023 CHSAA State Championships.
