Indoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 3000m (4th, 10:04.98) and 5000m (4th, 17:32.25). Set PR in the Mile at the Maverick Indoor Open (5:07.75). Won the 3000m at the Ted Nelson Classic and Gopher Classic. Won the 5000m at the Mark Schuck Open.
Outdoor: Competed at NSIC Championships in the 10000m (6th, 37:17.42). Set PR in the 5000m at the UW Platteville Invitational (17:20.09). Set PR in the 10000m at the WashU Distance Carnival (37:05.41).

2024-25
Indoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 3000m (4th, 10:04.38) and DMR (4th, 12:01.79). Won the 3000m at the Maverick Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 10000m (5th, 37:13.39). Set a PR in the 1500m at the Maverick Open (4:50.95). Won the 5000m at the Drake Alternative.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at the 2023 MSHSL State Track and Field Championships in the 1600m (3rd), 3200m (2nd), and 4x400m (3rd). Competed at the MSHSL State Track and Field Championships in the 3200m (2nd) and 4x800m (2nd). Competed at the MSHSL State Track and Field Championships in the 3200m (3rd) and 4x800m (5th). Competed at the MSHSL State Cross Country Championships in 2022 (2nd), 2021 (1st), and 2019 (52nd). Two-time Academic All-State. Five-time All-Conference in cross country. Six-time All-Conference in track and field. Two-time Section champion in cross country. Three-time Section champion in 3200m. Helped set school records in DMR, 4x800m, 1600m, 3200m. Two-time track team MVP. Team captain from 2020 to 2023.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jason and Stacey Overgaauw. Majoring in Communications (Media Production track). Twin sister Ashley competes in cross country/track and field at South Dakota State University. Can solve a Rubik's Cube.
