2025-26
Indoor -  Set school record in the 400m at the SDSU Indoor Classic (53.93). Helped set school record in the 4x300m (2:48.85). Set PR in the 600m at the UMary Winter Classic (1:32.51), winning the race. Set PR in the 60m at the Marauders Indoor Opener (7.83). Won the 400m at the Mike Thorson Classic, UMary Alumni Open, UND Open, and SDSU Indoor Classic. Won the 200m at the Marauders Indoor Opener and Mike Thorson Classic. Three-time NSIC Athlete of the Week winner.
Outdoor - Competed at the NCAA Championships in the 400m (20th, 55.52), 4x400m (11th, 3:41.38), and 4x100m (6th, 45.70), finishing as an All-American. Competed at the NSIC Championships, winning the 400m (54.33). Also competed in the 200m (5th, 24.43), 4x100m (2nd, 46.14), and 4x400m (2nd, 3:47.86). Won the 400m at the Marauders Tune-Up and Yellowjacket Open. 

2024-25
Indoor - As a Freshman, Werner had a 6th place finish in the 400m at the indoor NSIC Championships and helped the 4x400m relay team become Conference Champions while setting a new meet record.
Outdoor - At the NSIC Championships, Werner was 2nd in the 400m and 4th in the 200m and helped the 4x400m relay team again become Conference Champions while setting a new venue record. She was part of the NCAA Championships qualifying 4x400m relay team and earned her first All-American with a 7th place finish. The 4x400m relay team set a new school record with a time of 3:35.17.

PRIOR TO UMARY

HIGH SCHOOL: Werner is a 2-time Track & Field provincial qualifier in Long Jump, 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m and 4x400m relay. She became the provincial champion in the 400m (2022) and earned the bronze medal (2024). She claimed a silver medal in the 100m & 200m (2022) and a bronze medal in the 4x100m relay (2024). Werner also competed in Cross Country, being a 3-time provincial qualifier, she earned her best position in 2023 finishing 14th, shaving off over 3 minutes from her previous PR. Werner earned MVP in both Cross Country and Track & Field throughout her high school career and earned Athlete of the Year 3 of her 4 years. In addition, Werner was part of the starting lineup of the 3-time provincial qualifying Volleyball team, helping to bring home a silver medal (2022) and a bronze medal (2023).
