Indoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 200m (20th, 25.77). Set PRs in the 400m (59.67) and the 300m (42.49). Helped set the school record in the 4x200m Relay (1:42.21). Named to NSIC Academic Team of Excellence.
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 100m (15th, 12.07) and 200m (7th, 24.88). Set PRs in the 100m (12.06) and 200m (24.30). Won the 200m dash at the DSU Blue Hawk Games (24.97) and the Al Bortke Open (25.25). Helped set the school record in the 4x200m relay (1:40.35). Named to NSIC Academic Team of Excellence.

2023-24
Indoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 200m (15th, 26.10) and the DMR (3rd, 11:55.79). Set a PR in the 60m (7.97). Won the 4x400m Relay at the Marauders Tune-Up (4:03.10). Named to NSIC Academic Team of Excellence.
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 100m (18th, 12.20) and 200m (11th, 24.73). Won the 100m (12.67) and 200m (26.14) at Al Bortke Open. Named to NSIC Academic Team of Excellence.

2022-23
Indoor - Earned first collegiate victory in the 200m at the Marauders Tune-Up (27.40).
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 100m (19th, 12.61) and 200m (22nd, 26.17). 

PRIOR TO UMARY

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at the NDHSAA State Championships in 2021 and 2022. Placed 10th in the 100m in 2022, 15th in 2021. Placed 12th in the 200m in 2021 and 2022. Placed 5th in the 4x100m in 2022, 2nd in 2021. Placed 6th in the 4x200m in 2022, 5th in 2021. Also competed in volleyball and cross country for Bismarck High School. Was named to Students of Highest Distinction.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Charlene Howe and Shane Berg. Majoring in Coaching and Sports Studies.
