2019-2020
As a Junior at UMary, Amanda competed in the Cross Country and Indoor Track & Field season. Amanda experienced a great comback after a summer long injury, able to compete at the Jimmie XC Invitational, finishing 10th overall. Moving into Indoor season, she was able to continue making great improvements. Trying the 3000m race for the first time, she placed 3rd overall with a time of 11:08. Despite the unfortanate circumstances of canceling her senior year outdoor track season due to the corona virus, she is set to complete her final collegiate cross country season this upcoming fall. Forliti is set to graduate in December of 2020 with her bachelor's degree in nursing.
 
2018-2019
As a sophomore at UMary, Amanda competed in Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track. Amanda experienced great improvements during her Indoor Track season running the mile. She finished off the season with a 5:21 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic. Despite having multiple injuries leading into the Outdoor Track season, she continued to get healthy and stay on top of her school. Forliti was the recipient for the Judy Maslowski Award presented by the Division of Nursing at the Student Leadership Awards Banquet the spring of her sophomore year.
 
2017-2018
As a freshman at UMary, Amanda competed in Cross Country, Indoor Track, and redshirted her Outdoor Track season due to injury. She was part of the NSIC Champion Cross Country Team. During Indoor Track, Forliti competed in the mile. Throughout the rest of her freshman year, she made many personal growths despite a long-term injury.
 
PRIOR TO UMARY
Forliti was a 5-time state meet qualifier. Forliti was a conference champion in the 1600m and 3200m her senior year. Forliti ran in the National Junior Olympics in XC in 2016 and placed 15th. Forliti was a member of the National Honors Society. Daughter of Steve and Kelly Forliti. Graduate of Forest Lake High School, Forest Lake, MN. Hometown of Linwood, MN. Forliti is pursuing a degree in Nursing.
