Biography

PRIOR TO UMARY
Kaia Sueker was a four-sport athlete at Marshall High School, involved in cross country, volleyball, basketball, and track.  Kaia participated in state tournaments in each of these four sports, qualifying for 11 state tournaments during her athletic career.  She participated in three cross country state meets and five state track meets.  Highlights of these Class AA State Meets include finishing second as a team in cross country, qualifying in the mile and 4 x 400, and finishing 5th, 5th, and 8th in the 4 x 800 relay.  Kaia was a captain in all four sports and has received All-Conference, All-Section, and Academic All-State honors.  Kaia was selected as the Kaiser Award winner for the class of 2019 at Marshall High School.  The Kaiser award is an honor bestowed to the top female athlete in each graduating class.  Other athletic honors Kaia received as a high school senior included: Wendy’s High School Heisman State Winner, and a Triple-Impact Competitor Positive Coaching Alliance Scholarship Winner.  Kaia was the Class President, played percussion and violin in the band and orchestra, and was also a member of the Minnesota Honor Society, graduating with highest honors. Kaia is very active at her church. She has participated in a variety of mission trips including mission work in Haiti. Kaia is pursuing a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.  Kaia’s parents are Carrie & Erik Sueker and her brother’s name is Mitchell.
