Biography

2020-21 (Sophomore)
Cross country was cancelled due to covid, but Taleigh still earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence recognition.
 
In her second indoor season for Umary, Taleigh competed in the mile, 3000m and 5000m, lowering her PRs in each. She earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence recognition.
 
In her first outdoor season for Umary, Taleigh competed in the 1500m and 5000m. She placed top 8 in every race she ran and lowered her PRs. She earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence recognition for this season as well. Taleigh was also a recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
 
2019-20 (Freshman)
In her first season of cross country at the University of Mary, Taleigh raced at the MSU Moorhead- Dragon Twilight before being sidelined by injury.
 
Taleigh competed in her first indoor track season, running the mile and 3000.
 
PRIOR TO UMARY
High School
In cross country, she was a 6-time letter winner, multiple time all-conference and all-region, and member of teams that placed 8th, 3rd, 1st, and 2nd at state. In track, she was a 6-time letter winner, school record holder in the 4x800, multiple time all-conference and all-region runner, region champ in the 800, placed top 5 at state 5 times in the 4x800, a state qualifier in individual events, 12th place in the 800 at state, and 4th place in the medley.
 
Personal
Taleigh graduated from Hill City High School and is the daughter of Stuart and Sharon Adrian. She is double majoring in biomechanics and biology and minoring in chemistry.
