Indoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 3000m (11th, 8:47.95) and the 5000m (7th, 15:10.31) setting PRs in both events. Set a PR in the Mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic (4:34.15). 
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championship in the 5000m (29th, 15:49.06) and 10000m (11th, 33:14.69). Set a PR in the 10000m at the Al Bortke Open (32:44.62). Set a PR in the 1500m at the Marauders Outdoor Opener.

Indoor - Set a PR in the 600m at the Dakota Alumni Classic (1:40.61). Set a PR in the 1000m at the UND Open (2:49.83). Set a PR in the Mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic (4:42.82). Set a PR in the 3000m at the Marauders Tune-Up (9:13.68). 
Outdoor - Set a PR in the 800m at the Dr. Tom Johnson Open (2:15.57). Set a PR in the 10000m at the Dewey Donat Classic (34:18.89). Set a PR in the 15000m at the UMary Classic (4:21.94). Set a PR in the 5000m at the Marauders Tune-Up (16:01.50).

2022
Indoor - Placed 3rd in the 5000m at the UND Open.
Outdoor - Won the 1500m at the Marauders-Mystics Tune-Up. 

PERSONAL: Son of Jennifer and Jim Skjod. Majoring in History Education. Father ran track and field and cross country at Valley City State University. Both grandmother and great grandfather attended the University of Mary.
