AT BISMARCK STATE COLLEGE

2024-25
Indoor: Competed at the NJCAA Championships as part of the 4x800m Relay (9th) and Distance Medley Relay (17th). Set a PR in the 600m at the SDSU Indoor Classic (1:20.54). Set a PR in the 400m at the Bison Open (50.91). Set a PR in the 800m at the UND Open (1:57.04). Won the 600m at the UMary Winter Classic (1:22.63). Won the 800m at the Marauders Indoor Opener (1:58.35). 
Outdoor: Set a PR in the 400m Hurdles at the NDSU Spring Classic (55.62). 

2023-24
Indoor: Named an NJCAA All-American after an 8th place finish in the 4x800m Relay. Also competed in the 600m (21st, 1:22.84). Won the 600m at the Marauders Tune-Up (1:24.13).
Outdoor: Won the 4x400m Relay at the DSU Blue Hawk Games. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in basketball, football, cross country, and track and field at Beulah High School. School record holder in the 300m Hurdles. Two-time All-Region athlete in cross country. Competed at the 2023 NDHSAA State Championships in the 400m (6th), 800m (8th), 110m Hurdles (12th) and 300m Hurdles (4th). Competed at the 2022 NDHSAA State Championships in the 300m Hurdles (4th). Competed at the 2021 NDHSAA State Championships in the 400m (15th). Placed 3rd at the State Championships in basketball. Two-time State Championship runner-up in football.

PERSONAL: Son of Julie and Jeff Koppelsloen. Majoring in Radiology Tech. Coached by UMary Track and Field alumni Julia Hammerschmidt at Bismarck State College. Physics Student of the Year at Bismarck State College.
