Hoyt finished the year with a PR in both of his events. He vaulted a competition PR of 14 feet with a practice PR of 14' 6". He also threw 161' 1" in javelin in his first outdoor meet.

PRIOR TO UMARY

Graduate of Killdeer High School. State Qualifier in Pole Vault, Javelin, Long Jump, and 4x100 relay. During his senior year he was ranked 1^st in the pole vault in North Dakota Class B and placed 3^rd at the State meet. High School Personal Records of Pole Vault- 13’7”, Javelin- 149’8, Long Jump- 20’10” Son of Matt and DeAnn Zander. Studying Electrical Engineering.
