2018-19
Indoor: Devan competed in shotput and weight throw. His shot put personal best came at the North Dakota Indoor Open with a distance of 13.52 meters. His weight throw personal best came at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a distance of 14.23 meters. He also competed at the NSIC Indoor Championships. 

Outdoor: He improved his discus personal best at the Ron Masanz Classic to 44.15 meters and placed 9th in a stacked field. 

2017-18 
Indoor
Devan competed in the shot put and weight throw. His season’s best in shot put was 10.78 meters and his best in the weight throw was 12.14 meters. 

Outdoor
During the outdoor season, Devan competed in discus and hammer. His personal best in discus came at the NDSU Tune-up where he threw 39.64 meters. His best event was the hammer throw where he threw a distance of 42.10 meters for 6th place at the Cobber Twilight.
