PRIOR TO UMARY
Ben Benson, son of Kelli and Evan Benson is an 8-time letterman from Cedarcrest High School in Duvall, Washington; with 4 letters in both Cross Country and Track and Field. In his time at Cedarcrest, he qualified for the State Cross Country meet all four years and the State Track Meet his Senior year in the 3200m run. He is a 3-time first team all XC Cascade Conference member. Ben was a captain of his Cross Country team his Junior and Senior year and involved in ASB as Senior Class President. He carries personal records of 16:27 in the XC 5k, 15:33 in the XC 3 Mile, 9:37 in the 3200m, and 4:32 in the 1600m. Ben is majoring in Wildlife Biology.
