An SEC finalist and NCAA quarterfinalist in the 110-meter hurdles outdoors for the first time in his collegiate career. Matched his wind-legal personal best with a run of 13.95 seconds (+0.2) in a 19th-place finish in the quarterfinal round at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds held in Jacksonville, Florida. Advanced to the national quarterfinal after running 14.03 (+0.2) in the first round of qualifying. Scored two points for the Tigers with a seventh-place finish in the final of the 110-meter hurdles at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Raced to a career-best wind-aided time of 13.85 (+4.0) in a runner-up finish at the LSU Invitational in his regular-season finale. Also placed fifth at the Texas Relays (14.20) and Hurricane Alumni Invitational (14.22w) before earning sixth place at the LSU Alumni Gold (14.13w) during the outdoor season

Opened the indoor season by clocking a personal best of 7.91 in the preliminary round at the Auburn Indoor Invitational. Finished runner-up at the LSU Twilight (7.94). Earned a third-place finish at the Aggie Invitational (8.00).

Competed in just one meet outdoors while running the 100-meter dash at the Louisiana Classics.
 
Indoor (Freshman) AT LSU
Lettered for the Tigers during the indoor season with an appearance in the 60-meter hurdles at the 2013 SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships. Clocked a personal best of 8.08 in a ninth-place finish in the qualifying round of the 60 hurdles at the SEC Indoor Championships. Opened the season with a fourth-place finish at the Crimson Tide Indoor Opener while running 8.32 in the final.
