Carpenter placed 23^rd at the NSIC Cross Country Championships and 51^st at the NCAA Cross Country Regional Championships. Carpenter ran the 5,000m at the NSIC Indoor Championships and finished 6^th. Carpenter ran the 10,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships and had a finish of 4^th place.
 
2015-2016
Carpenter received NCAA Cross Country Academic All-American status during a breakout cross country season that included a 2^nd Team All-Conference finish at the NSIC Championships and a NCAA All-Region honor. Carpenter followed a successful cross country season with a 9^th place finish in the 5,000m at the NSIC Indoor Championships and an 11^th place finish in the 5,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.
 
2014-2015
Carpenter had a great freshman season as he placed 46^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships and 89^th at the NCAA Cross Country Central Region Championships. Carpenter followed up a successful cross country season by finishing 12^th in the 5,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.
 
PRIOR TO UMARY
Carpenter was a four-time Washington state qualifier in cross country and once in track in the 1,600m and 3,200m. In total, Carpenter was a four-time All-State athlete. Carpenter finished 8^th at the Junior Olympics in cross country his junior season. Son of Bill and Jody Carpenter. Graduate of Colville High School, Colville, WA. Hometown of Colville, WA. Pursuing a degree in Exercise Science.
