NEW ORLEANS, LA – The University of Mary women's track and field team added one more accomplishment to a great season. The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) named the Marauders an All-Academic Team, marking the 14
th straight season UMary has received the honor.
In order to be named an All-Academic Team, the cumulative GPA of the squad must be at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. The Marauders finished the year with a 3.70 GPA, the 7
th highest mark in the nation.
The following athletes received All-Academic honors, listed with how many times they have received this award:

rd),

st).
The requirements as an individual are a 3.25 GPA or higher and a top-50 national mark in an event OR participation in both the indoor and outdoor NCAA Championships.
Additional awards earned by this group of Marauders this season include Werner and Massiah's All-Americans from the NCAA Outdoor Championships, Massiah's NSIC Track Athlete of the Year award, Acheson and Becker's All-Americans from the NCAA Indoor Championships, and Acheson's NSIC Outstanding Senior of the Year honor.
