BISMARCK, ND – The University of Mary swimming & diving team hosts their first home event of the season as the Marauders Invite begins on Friday, October 3, at 5:45 pm and concludes on Saturday, October 4, at 10:15 am.
Competing in the events will be UMary, Northern State University, the University of Jamestown and the University of Sioux Falls.

GIBBONS NAMED ATHLETE TO WATCH
The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference announced that freshman
Olivia Gibbons was named the University of Mary swimmer to watch for the upcoming 2025-26 season. Gibbons won the 2023 and 2025 Montana High School Association State Championship in 100 Free. The Kalispell, MT, native was an All-State member from 2022-25.

TH IN THE NSIC
The NSIC Swimming & Diving Preseason Coaches' Poll predicted the Marauders to take seventh in the conference. Last season, UMary took eighth in the NSIC Championships.
THE STAFF
Abby Loel returns for her third year in charge of the Marauders program. She competed as a Marauder from 2018-22.
Alex Lucy returns for his second year as the Marauders assistant coach.
Carly Borrman joins the staff in her first season as assistant coach.

The Marauders have ten returners, which include seven sophomores (
