Lee wraps up NCAA championships by earning All-American honors in the 1650 free

GREENSBORO, NC – For the second day in a row, University of Mary swimmer Andrea Lee earned All-American honors to conclude the NCAA Championships.

This is the third time that Lee has won All-American status in her career, setting a program record at UMary. Lee received second-team All-American honors after she took 13th in the 1650 free, recording a time of 17:12.06.

This marks the second straight year that the senior has earned All-American honors in the 1650 free as Lee finished 16th in the competition last season.

The Moorhead, MN, native earned her second All-American honor this season after she finished 14th in the 500 free on Friday. As a result of Lee's efforts, UMary received seven team points.

This is the second time in school history that the Marauders have scored team points at the NCAA swimming championships in the short six-year history of the program.
