SIOUX FALLS, SD – The University of Mary swimming and diving team took seventh in the final day of the Northern Sun Championships with 189 team points. Minnesota State University – Mankato won the NSIC Championship with a team score of 1079.5.
Senior
Andrea Lee concluded her final NSIC Championships by setting a school record in the 1650 free after she finished runner-up with a time of 17:03.39. This is Lee's fourth All-Conference honor for the season and 13th for her career as a Marauder.
Allie Elliot took 14
th (18:53.54) in the 1650 free, while
Mariapocs Ruiz Martinez placed 15
th (19:04.82).
Breanna Lund would take 14
th in the 200 back after recording a time of 2:11.17.
Mikayla Brackin finished 23
rd in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:34.03) as
Sarah Dudley finished right behind in 24
th place (2:36.68).
Concluding the NISC Championships was the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay, where the team of
Andrea Lee,
Mady Scherwinski,
Camille Merimee and
Allie Elliott took tenth after posting a time of 3:34.65. The team of
Korie Riely,
Rachel Bailey,
Marina Conde Revuelto and
Breanna Lund placed 15
