BISMARCK, ND – The University of Mary placed four scholar-athletes on the 2022 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Team, as selected by College Sports Communicators. Earning Academic All-District honors for the Marauders are Maddie Cooper, Chloe Lieser, Kameron Selvig and Kaia Sueker.
 
The CSC Academic All-District® teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom and are selected by the College Sports Communicators (formerly College Sports Information Directors of America / CoSIDA). Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December.
 
A sophomore middle hitter from Fargo, ND, Cooper is majoring in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
 
Lieser is a sophomore setter from Cold Spring, MN, majoring in nursing.
 
An exercise science major, Selvig is a sophomore from Jamestown, ND.
 
Sueker, a sophomore libero from Marshall, MN, is majoring in Communication Sciences Disorders. 
 
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2022-23 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
