SIOUX FALLS, SD – The 2025 season came to an end for the University of Mary volleyball team as the Marauders fell in three sets (25-8, 25-15, 25-19) to the University of Sioux Falls.
UMary (6-22, 3-17 Northern Sun) recorded 25 kills on a .099 attack percentage, while USF (19-9, 14-6 NSIC) posted 38 kills on a .350 hitting percentage. The Marauders had 24 assists and one ace, while the Cougars had 34 assists and 13 aces.
UMary struggled to start the first set, losing 25-8. The Marauders competed better in the second set but failed to overcome the Cougars attack in a 26-15 defeat. The third set was competitive, with UMary holding an 18-17 lead late in the period. USF would go on an 8-1 run to close out the set and the match.

Dani Highum led the team with seven kills to go along with four digs.
Maddy Freed had 15 assists and four digs in her final collegiate match.
Natalie Boehmer posted a team-best seven digs and dished out eight assists.
Gabby Caskey had four kills and three blocks in the final match of her college career.
Holli Klettheimer put up four kills.
