BISMARCK, N.D. – Competing at home for the first time in nearly three years, the University of Mary women's track & field team put on a show in front of family and friends. U-Mary captured ten of the 18 events with three Marauders each winning a pair of titles.
Additionally, U-Mary posted two NCAA provisional qualifying marks, one automatic qualifying mark and a school record.
Danylle Kurywchak had a huge day for the Marauders, recording two wins and breaking her own school. The junior All-American opened the meet with a win in the long jump, sailing an NCAA provisional qualifying distance of 19' 4.75".
The Cameron Park, Calif., native concluded the day with a school-record effort in winning the triple jump when Kurywchak travelled an NCAA automatic qualifying distance of 41' 8.75".
The Marauders other provisional qualifying mark came from
Davina Carr when the All-American cleared 12' 4.75" in the pole vault to capture the event. Taking second was teammate
Kaycee Luke.
Running at home for the last time in her storied career, senior
Kathryn Stewart won both the 100 and 200 meter dash. The seven-time All-American covered the 100 in 11.82 seconds and the 200 in 24.67 seconds.
Molly McDonald beat all comers in the high jump and the 100 meter hurdles. The junior's best effort in the high jump was 5' 3.25" while she cleared the barriers in a blazing time of 14.32 seconds.

Brienna Lynch won the 800 meter run by over two seconds when she covered the distance in 2:20.35.
Kaycie Stewart nudged teammate
Katelynn Engh for first by .33 seconds to win the 3,000 meter run with a time of 10:34.72.
In the 400 meter hurdles,
Julie Dinius sailed over the barriers in a rapid 1:05.08 for the win.
Next up for the Marauders are the Mount SAC Relays (March 16-18), the Long Beach State Invitational (April 18) and the Blue Hawk Games (April 18).
