Liddiard led the Marauders to their first conference win in a upset victory over Simon Fraser University on Thursday, September 24. Late in the match, Liddiard took a long pass from Christoffer Nogueira in the 89th minute and beat the keeper one on one first by heading the ball past the outstretched hands of the goalie and followed up with a headed shot into the goal for the 1-0 victory over the Clan. Liddiard's goal came after a tough defensive battle with Simon Fraser taking 13 shots in the game but only one on goal as the Marauders continually blocked shot after shot to slow the attack. Liddiard leads the Marauders with three goals on 18 shots for the year with a .611 shot-on-goal percentage.
