In Liz’s senior year with the Marauders, she played in 9 games totaling 132 minutes on the pitch.

2021 (Junior)
As a Junior Elizabeth played in 13 games and started 2 of them. She totaled 197 minutes on the pitch. Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2021 SPRING (Junior)
Competed in 4 countable contests. Earned NSIC All-Academic Team Honors.

2019 (Freshman)
In the 2019 season Gilbertson played in 2 games for the Marauders.

PRIOR TO UMARY
High School
Elizabeth Gilbertson, a native of Belgrade, MT, played as a center back for Belgrade High School. During her playing career she earned multiple accolades such as, Team Captain, 1st Team All-State Honors, 1st Team All-Conference Honors (2x), Defensive MVP, Montana ODP (2x), Region 4 Sub-Regional and Regional ODP Camps, Academic All-State (4x). Gilbertson played club soccer for both Bozeman Blitzz and Rocky Mountain FC.

When asked why she chose the University of Mary, Gilbertson said “I chose UMARY because, of the size, location, and academic programs, specifically the Physical Therapy program. I like that the women’s soccer program is completive. It seems like everyone is driven both on and off the field. When I visited campus, I could tell they have great team chemistry and it felt like I could really fit in.”

Personal
Gilbertson is the daughter of Kevin and Sheila Gilbertson. She also has three siblings, Gabriel, Jonah, and Isaac Gilbertson. Elizabeth is majoring in Exercise Science.
