In Spencer's freshman season, he competed in the Long Jump, Javelin, Shot Put, Pole Vault, 60 Hurdles, and 100.

High School
Lade was a 3 time letter winner in Cross country and a 6 time letter winner in Track and Field. Lade holds the 7th grade school record in Cross country and won “Rookie of the Year” and “Most dedicated”. Lade was all conference academic in both cross country and track.  Lade qualified for the state track and field once in his high school career and placed 5th in long jump at the 2021 state meet. Lade was a two-time recipient of the “Most Versatile” award, one time recipient of the “Most Valuable Player” award, one time recipient of the “Hardest Worker” award and one time recipient of the “Laker” award.

Personal
Spencer Lade is the son of Bobby and Peggy Lade. Graduate of Howard Lake Waverly Winsted High School in Howard Lake, MN. Lade is majoring in Exercise Science with a pre-med concentration and minoring in Spanish.
