Indoor Track and Field Thomas ran a personal best in the 800 with a 2:06.11 at the UND Indoor Open.

PRIOR TO MARY
Thomas graduated from St. Michael-Albertville high school in St. Michael MN. He is the son of Pete and Kathy Ruhland. Tommy is currently majoring in Marketing with a minor in Mass Communication. During his high school career Thomas was part of multiple section and conference championship teams in Track and Field. His senior year Thomas was All Conference in the 4x800 as well as won sections with his 4x800.
