Indoor (Medical redshirt Sophomore)

Cross Country (Sophomore)
Sequeira had a very good XC season, showing immense growth and improvement in consistency, speed, endurance, and race times. At the Dragon Twilight Race Sequeira placed 33^rd  with a time of 20:24.7 and at conference placed 67^th in 28:47.21.
 
2018-2019
Outdoor (Freshman)
Sequeira had short outdoor season, it was determined that it would be better for him to end his season after a long season of running. Sequeira finished the season strong finishing his last race a few days before the school year ended. Sequeira stayed positive throughout the entire duration of the season.

Indoor (Freshman)
The first season of indoor, Sequeira had a well- done performance during the indoor track & field. Sequeira made improvements in his running form and his workouts became more consistent and better done. Sequeira competed at multiple indoor meets adding to his experience of racing on indoor tracks which he had never raced on an indoor track.

Cross Country (Freshman)
The first season of XC, Sequeira had good season to ability to gain experience of competing at the collegiate level. His first race was at the Moorhead Twilight Race which he ran 24:58.80. He competed at NSIC Conference race which was the last race of his season finishing the race in 28:44.1.

PRIOR TO UMARY
Graduated from Servite High school, a private all-boys Catholic school. He is currently majoring in history with a minor in philosophy. During Sequeira’s high school career, (2015 placed top 10 in Laguna Hills invitationals, placed top 10 in trinity league meet, placed 8^th in Mt. Sac Invitational, (2016 top 10 in Laguna invitational, placed 7^th at Woodbridge race, CIF- 16:28, (2017- 34^th at Woodbridge time 15:28, 5k 16:31 Clovis Invitational.
