Box Score GRAND FORKS, ND – The University of Mary tennis team (4-9, 2-5 Northern Sun) lost a hard-fought battle 4-3 to the University of Jamestown (4-4, 4-3 NSIC) in Grand Forks, ND.

UMary won the doubles competition 2-1, giving the Marauders one team point. Natalia Jorge Magarzo and Maja Panganiban fell in #1 doubles 6-0 to Bodil van Zeijl and Julie van Zeijl. Anna Sueflohn and Josie Sueflohn defeated Laia Vallespi and Sydney Friesen 6-3 in #2 doubles. Brooke Mulholland and Elizabete Lekse secured the team point for UMary when they won 6-4 in #3 doubles over Anna Sharandachenko and Mariia Sharandachenk.

Maja Panganiban was victorious in #5 singles, defeating Laia Vallespi 7-5, 6-1.

Brooke Mulholland won 6-0, 2-6, 7-6 in a thriller over Sydney Friesen in #6 singles.

Natalia Jorge Magarzo dropped #1 singles to Julie van Zeijl 6-3, 6-2.

#2 singles saw Elizabete Lekse lose 6-3, 6-4 to Bodil van Zeijl.

Josie Sueflohn lost to Mariia Sharandachenko 6-1, 6-2 in #3 singles.

Anna Sueflohn fell in #4 singles to Anna Sharandachenko 6-1, 6-1.
