BISMARCK, ND – The University of Mary women's basketball team returns home to host the University of Minnesota Duluth on Thursday, February 5, at 5:30 pm in the McDowell Activity Center. The Marauders then host Bemidji State University on Saturday, February 7, at 1:30 pm.

THE RECORD
UMary is 18-7 overall and 11-5 in the NSIC. The Marauders are currently ranked 2
nd in the NSIC North standings and are in a three-way tie for 3
rd in the overall conference standings.

The Marauders split their road games last weekend. UMary defeated Winona State University 66-58 and fell 83-69 to Concordia-St. Paul.
Allison Undlin tied her career-high in scoring with 25 points against WSU. Undlin also recorded her 7
th double-double of the season against CSP, posting 19 points and 14 rebounds.

Senior forward Lexi Karge holds the most rebounds (5.4 rpg) on the team and is averaging 10.8 ppg. Sophomore shooting guard is second on the team in scoring, averaging 12.9 ppg on 43.6% shooting from the field.

Bemidji State is 8-12 overall and 5-11 in the Northern Sun. The Beavers are 6
th in the NSIC North standings and in a tie for 13
th in the overall conference standings. Senior forward Kassandra Caron leads BSU in scoring, averaging 16.0 ppg on 45.2% from the field. Junior guard Tieryn Plasch has the most assists (2.5 apg) and steals (1.6 spg) on the team. Sophomore guard Aubrey Heyer leads the Beavers in rebounding, averaging 5.7 rpg.
KINNENBREW 1,000 CAREER POINTS
Bergan Kinnebrew reached the 1,000-point milestone in an 83-79 overtime win over the University of Sioux Falls. She becomes the 24
th Marauder reach that 1k milestone and the 12
th to do so in the NCAA era. Kinnebrew currently ranks 21
st all-time in UMary history with 1,088 career points.

COACHING STAFF
Rick Neumann enters his 14
th season as the head coach of the UMary women's basketball program. Last season, Neumann passed Fred Fridley for second all-time in program wins last season. He achieved his 200
th win on 11.7.2025 against MSU Billings.
Haley Froelich enters her second season as the Marauders assistant coach. Froelich served as the assistant coach at Clarke University for the 2023-24 season, where the Pride went 29-3 and made it to the second round of the NAIA tournament.
KINNEBREW NAMED PLAYER TO WATCH
After being named to the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference First Team last season,
Bergan Kinnebrew was announced as the UMary women's basketball Player to Watch for the 2025-26 season.
Last year, Kinnebrew led the team in scoring, averaging 15.5 points per game. The Bismarck, ND, native shot 38.8% from the field, 35.2% from three, and 84.4% from the free-throw line. The junior ranked 9
th in the conference in scoring, 2
nd in free throw percentage, 16
th in three pointers made per game, and 23
rd in steals per game.
MARAUDERS PROJECTED TO FINISH 6
TH IN THE NSIC
The NSIC Preseason Coaches' Poll projected the Marauders to finish 6th in the conference this season and 2
nd in the NSIC North. Last season, UMary finished tied for fifth in the NSIC during the regular season and was knocked out in the quarterfinals of the conference tournament.
