UNION LAKE, MI – In the penultimate regular season rankings of the 2025-26 season, the University of Mary retains the 11
th slot of the American Collegiate Hockey Association Men's Division 1 rankings for the fifth straight poll.
The 16
th and final regular season ranking will be released Tuesday, February 24, 2026, after the ACHA Men's Division I Selection Show, which will unveil the 24 teams that qualify for the 2026 ACHA Men's Division I National Championships. The Marauders enter the Midwest College Hockey playoffs on February 20 with a record of 24-12-0-0-0-1 (W-L-OTL-T-SOW-SOL) overall and 21-12-0-0-0-1 against ACHA MD1 teams. Additionally the Marauders are 13-12-0-0-0-0 when playing nationally ranked teams.
Since a preseason ranking of #14, the Marauders have remained in the top 14 through all 15 regular season rankings. UMary sat at #14 in the first two regular season polls before spending four straight weeks at #12. After a jumping to #11 for two straight polls, UMary moved to #10 for two polls before falling one rung to #11, where the Marauders have held tight for five straight polls.
The October 29 poll was the last coaches' ranking of the season. Computerized rankings started November 5 and determine the 18 squads who will join the six teams earning automatic qualifying bids to form the 24-team ACHA MD1 national championship tournament field and compete for the title in Centene, MO, in March.
The Marauders are 9-12 against teams currently ranked in the 15
th Top 25 regular season poll this year.
