HUDSON, WI – The University of Mary men's golf team concluded its time in Wisconsin with a 10
th-place finish among 12 teams at the Maverick/Golden Bear Fall Brawl.
The Marauders' efforts were led by senior
Lucas Greenlun, who had a strong Tuesday at 72 (+1), bringing his total to 148 (+6). Greenlun's second day score was tied for the 5
th-best total of the round. His day was highlighted by four birdies, finishing in 25
th place individually.
Greenlun was followed by
Quinn Breidenbach, who was just a stroke behind the team leader at 149 (+7), finishing 27th.
Evan Booth followed at 153 (+11) in 45th. Rounding out the team score was
Aiden Knodel at 156 (+14) in 54
th place. Knodel tallied an eagle on hole 12 of day 2.
While golfing independently, freshman
Payton Hiller had an impressive outing, finishing in 29
th at 150 (+8).

Next up for the Marauders is a trip to the Jewel Golf Club for the Jewel Invitational hosted by Winona State University. The tournament will span from Sept. 22 to Sept. 23.
