BURNSVILLE, MN – Four University of Mary tennis scholar-athletes earned 2025 All-Northern Sun Women's Soccer Team honors after leading the Marauders to a fourth-place finish.

Ilona Freitag,
Maria Estinvil, and
Anna Sueflohn earned All-NSIC distinctions for their performances during the season.
Chong Zhi Jing made history for UMary as she became the first Marauder to earn four All-NSIC First-Team honors. The Selangor, Malaysia, native went 7-2 against NSIC competition in first team singles action. She finishes her career with 32 singles victories and 70 wins in total.
Chong Zhi Jing and her partner Freitag earned First-Team doubles honors. The duo, competing in number one doubles, earned their NSIC postseason honors for the fourth time. They were named to the second-team All-NSIC in 2022-23 and earned first-team All-Conference honors in 2024. The pair finished with a 7-2 record against conference opponents.
Freitag was named to the All-NSIC First Team for the first time while competing in number two singles. The Le Locle, Switzerland, native earned second-team honors in 2022 and 2023. Freitag finished the season with a 7-2 record against the NSIC. She ends her career with 38 singles victories and 76 total wins, the most in UMary history.
For the second year in a row, Estinvil earned Second-Team All-NSIC honors. The Quebec, Canada, native concluded the season with a 5-4 record against conference opponents in number three singles.
Estinvil and her partner Sueflohn were named to the All-NSIC Second Team for doubles competition. The duo went 6-3 against conference foes while competing in number two doubles.
