BLUE SPRINGS, MO – Anchored by another great day for sophomore
Evan Booth, University of Mary men's golf moved up two spots to 7th in the leaderboard on day 2 of the NSIC Championship. Booth is now in 7
th place individually following a second round improvement.
Booth matched his number of round 1 birdies with four, but also cut his bogeys in half, going from six to three in that category. Overall, he shot a 71 (-1) on the day. Through 36 holes, Booth is at 145 (+1).
Gavin Argent struggled on day 2, falling 11 spots in the standings following a 76 (+4). He is currently at 151 (+7) and is in 23
rd place.
Lucas Greenlun had an 11-stroke improvement on day 2, hitting an even-par 72 behind four birdies. The junior moved up 9 spots to 34
th as a result and currently has a 155 (+11).
Quinn Breidenbach had a six-stroke improvement on Friday with a 74 (+2). The freshman is now at 154 (+10) overall and is 29
th in the standings.
